Anthony Everett is a fourth generation Tampa resident who specializes in commercial real estate. A graduate of Emory University and University of Florida, Mr. Everett has been a leader in Tampa’s multi-family properties since 1994. Serving as President of Everett Realty Services, Anthony has directed the management and development, acquisition and disposition of approximately 20,000 multi-family residential units. Mr. Everett has extensive experience in both rental and for sale properties including several successful condominium conversions. He is an experienced planner and problem solver who guides projects with an unmatched level of organization and precision. In addition to heading up Everett Realty Services, Anthony also serves as Senior Vice President of International Realty and Special Consultant to Post Properties. Mr. Everett is a licensed Real Estate Broker with strong emphasis on development and portfolio property management.

 

Darcy B. Geders

Darcy Geders began her career in 1986 as a Leasing Consultant for a prominent national property management company with thirteen thriving communities in the Tampa Bay area. She quickly accelerated into the Property Manager role for the prestigious Hyde Park Place, which later evolved into a successful condo conversion with Anthony Everett. Ms. Geders now serves as Assistant Vice President for Everett Realty Services and brings with her an extensive background in apartment renovation and condo conversions. Her role as Project Manager entails multiple facets of management and real estate development. Ms. Geders is responsible for assisting Mr. Everett in the daily operations of ERS ensuring the highest level of organization, detail and professionalism.

 

Torey Ann Urso

Development Coordinator/Project Manager

For the last four years, Torey Urso has developed into one of Tampa Bay’s strongest project managers, from new construction to condo conversions. She played a lead role in such sites as Island Club at Rocky Point, The Preserve at South Tampa, and Harbour Place City Homes. Torey’s position as Development Coordinator/Project Manager for Everett Realty Services is imperative to ensure all the essential details are managed to perfection. She is responsible for executing all contracts, marketing and mailing information to prospective buyers, setting up sites, preparing all documentation for market and sales reporting, closing schedules, traffic reports, open houses and much more. Ms. Urso is also a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with a strong emphasis on sales coordination and marketing.

 

Matthew J. Chadwick

Matthew Chadwick has been active in the Tampa real estate market since 2002. A graduate of Miami University, Matt began his career at The Toni Everett Company where he specialized in condo conversions. Today he works with Everett Realty Services assisting multi-family and commercial developers with site selection and acquisitions throughout the Central Florida market. Mr. Chadwick offers conscientious client service, from initial research for site selection through the entire due diligence and permit approval process to successfully ensure every development gets shovels in the ground as quickly as possible.
